Recently I have heard a book in podcast named " RICH DAD POOR DAD " written by Robert Kiyosaki, published in 1997. It describes that how rich becomes richer, poor becomes poorer, and middle class remains middle class.  I would definitely recommend to read the whole book to understand the basic concept of working of money for rich people and poor people. Usually all the monosaccharides have reducing properties. However in Disaccharides,Sucrose is not a reducing sugar. Because sucrose is a composition of GLucose and Fructose linked together by  α (1-2)Glycosidic bond,and it does not have free aldehyde or ketone group. ESTIMATION OF REDUCING SUGARS BY DNS METHOD:- DNS stands for 3,5 Dinitrosalicylic acid. When reducing sugars are treated with DNSA in boiling water bath for specific time(10 minutes at 100 ° C ), 3,5 DInitrosalicylic acid is converted into 3 Amino 5 Nitro Salicylic acid which has characteristic Yellow colour.
